It is so important to have a great place to work! When I first arrived in South Florida in March of 2008, I spent a long time looking for just the right space. I found it in the Harvey Building, right in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach.
The Harvey Building, at 224 Datura Street, is one block South of Clematis Street, and one block West of Sunfest Park. My reading room is on the Sixth Floor. I also have access to two great conference rooms, one on the Eleventh Floor and one on the Second Floor, where I hold classes and workshops.
Owned by the David Associates, the Harvey Building is an historic landmark. Its sense of style and history is unique, and a stark contrast to the “seen one, seen ‘em all” strip malls that are so prevalent in South Florida.
Of course, if downtown West Palm Beach is not convenient for you, I will make house-calls at no extra charge, and you can attend Tarot Circle in many locations.
I hope that when you are downtown you will give a call and come see me. I hope, too, that when you come downtown to see me you will also take a moment to walk the new waterfront pier, enjoy one of our great restaurants, or ride the free trolley to City Place.
Downtown West Palm Beach also often offers free concerts, and other interesting festivals and events. I am happy to schedule your reading in conjunction with any of our special events. Don’t forget “Clematis by Night” every Thursday evening, and “Sunday at the Meyer” the last Sunday of each month May through October.
The Harvey Building is easily reachable with PalmTran and TriRail.
